1. 客戶必須保留有效之購貨收據正本，於維修時一併出示予本公司查閱作為產品保養生效日期之確認，否則本公司有權不提供有關之保養服務。

2. 若客戶未能出示購貨收據正本以作証明，則表示本產品保養未能生效，客戶必需支付相關之維修服務費用。

3. 由購買日起開始計算，保養期內（除機殼、附件及部份零件外），機件如有損壞或發生故障時，經本公司證實該機故障屬正常使用下發生，本公司將提供免費修理及零件更換。

4. 本保養期之免費服務並不包括下列各項：
(a) 外殼、機身、面板、隨機附件及裝飾物因損壞而需更換。
(b) 產品曾因被錯誤操作、疏忽或因天災人禍等意外事件引致機件損壞；
(c) 產品曾被非本公司技術員修理或改裝；
(d) 產品機身號碼曾被轉換、塗改或除去；

5. 產品如需維修及保養時，用戶需自行將產品送往維修部及於修妥後自行取回。

6. 除另有規定外，保養服務只適用於在香港特別行政區或澳門特別行政區範圍以內購買的產品。

7. 如產品或其零件已經停產，或產品的損壞是無法維修，本公司有權不予維修而不需給客戶替換其他產品。

8. 維修及保養事宜敬請預約。

9. 如有任何爭議，本公司擁有最終決定權。
